Present — Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.


Judgment decreeing that respondent is the owner of the balance of $5,000, and accrued interest, on deposit in the East River Savings Bank, in the names of appellant and respondent, and also the owner and entitled to possession of certain household furniture stored in the warehouse of Smolowitz Bros., under appellant's name, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
