Appeal, No. 470, Jan. T., 1968, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County, May T., 1968, No. 4, in case of International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 66, AFL-CIO, v. Elmer R. Hallstrom et al. Decree affirmed; reargument refused December 27, 1968.

Equity. Before CHERRY, P. J.

Order entered granting injunction. Defendants appealed.
