Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Mississippi; Allen Cox, Judge.

Suit between Mrs. Floyd Wilson Humphreys and others against J.S. Love, Superintendent of Banks, and others. From an order remanding case to the state court, parties first-named appeal. On motion to dismiss appeal.

Appeal dismissed.

This appeal was taken from an order remanding the case to the state court in which it originated upon a bill in equity.

A motion is now made to dismiss on the ground that under 28 USCA § 71 an appeal does not lie. On the ground stated, the appeal is dismissed.
