Opinion

[No. 22, October Term, 1929.]

Decided October 31st, 1929.

Right of Appeal — Allowance of Amendment.

The giving of leave to amend the bill, after the sustaining of a demurrer thereto, is not such a determination affecting the rights of the parties as to be appealable.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., PATTISON, URNER, ADKINS, OFFUTT, DIGGES, PARKE, and SLOAN, JJ.

W. LeRoy Ortel, for the appellant.
