Appeal, No. 1372 C.D. 1976, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, in case of R. C. Hopkins v. The Zoning Hearing Board of Chalfont Borough, No. 73-11799-07-6.

Application with the Zoning Hearing Board of Chalfont Borough for special exception. Application denied. Applicant appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. Denial affirmed. Applicant appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.

OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, July 13, 1978:

This is an appeal by R. C. Hopkins from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County affirming the denial of appellant's application for a special exception by the Zoning Hearing Board of Chalfont Borough.

We affirm on the opinion of Judge MOUNTENAY, written for the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County and reported at 29 Bucks Co. Law Rep. 98 (1976).
