ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Pro se appellant's April 1, 2015, motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal is granted. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed, with the parties to bear their own costs and fees. NRAP 42(b).

It is so ORDERED.

In light of this order, all pending requests for relief in this case, including the various motions filed by appellant, as well as respondents' March 26, 2015, motion for an extension of time, are denied as moot.
