Concur: Chief Judge DESMOND and Judges DYE, FULD, VAN VOORHIS and FOSTER. Judges FROESSEL and BURKE vote to affirm as to defendant Selma Parker but dissent and vote to reverse as to defendant Roger Parker upon the dissenting memorandum in the Appellate Division.
