Appeal from the Circuit Court for Washington County (MISH, J.).

Suit by Emy M. Axell Hamren against Eric O. Hamren for divorce a mensa et thoro and alimony, wherein respondent filed a cross-bill for divorce a vinculo matrimonii. From a decree for complainant and dismissing respondent's Cross-bill, respondent appeals. Decree reversed, complainant's bill dismissed and cause remanded.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., SLOAN, DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, FORSYTHE, and MARBURY, JJ.
