AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, §§ 132.1, 138questions for jury in collision case. In action for injuries sustained in collision occurring while plaintiff's automobile and defendant's truck were passing in opposite directions on curve in highway, whether defendant was negligent and whether plaintiff was contributorily negligent were for jury.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Wayne county; the Hon. CHARLES T. RANDOLPH, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1949;
