DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgment is reversed insofar as it determined that the Deadricks lacked standing under G.L. c. 40A based on diminution of views. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. The matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
