ORDER DENYING PETITION
This is a proper person petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner seeks an order from this court to stay the remittitur in Haddad v. State, Docket No. 55260 (Order of Affirmance, March 31, 2011), and to file his motion for reconsideration and his motion regarding counsel. We have reviewed the documents submitted in this matter, and without deciding upon the merits of any claims raised therein, we decline to exercise original jurisdiction in this matter.
