On review of judgment on verdict for defendant in action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when, at or near city street intersection, she was struck by defendant's automobile, held that, as against plaintiff's claim of error on part of trial court in opening default judgment against defendant and permitting defendant to plead and defend, and in instructing jury, and on ground of verdict's being against manifest weight of evidence, judgment would be affirmed.
