Application for leave to appeal from the Circuit Court for Howard County (MACGILL, J.).

Gary Jeffrey Grant instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, HORNEY, MARBURY, OPPENHEIMER and McWILLIAMS, JJ.


Decided January 6, 1966.


For the reasons set forth in the opinion of Judge Macgill in the lower court, the application for leave to appeal is denied.
