Summary
In Grant v. Rosenburg, 112 Wn. 361, 192 P. 889, 196 P. 626, the nuisance complained of was a slaughterhouse which was alleged to emit intense noxious odors, polluting the air for a distance of a half mile or more. The trial court restrained the operation of the plant at that location, or anywhere in that vicinity.
