INSURANCE, § 260nonoccurrence of forfeiture under facts as shown on face of pleadings. In beneficiary's action on benefit certificate issued by life insurance association which, prior to insured's death, changed from assessment plan of insurance to legal reserve plan, held that there had been no forfeiture of certificate under facts as shown on face of pleadings and that trial court properly gave judgment for plaintiff on pleadings.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of McDonough county; the Hon. RILEY E. STEVENS, Judge, presiding.
