The decision of this court, handed down December 31, 1959 ( 9 A.D.2d 473, 480), is hereby amended, by changing the figure in the last line of the first paragraph thereof from "$1,487.70" to $2,295. Bergan, P.J., Coon, Gibson, Herlihy and Reynolds, JJ., concur.
