ORDER


Plaintiff has requested an enlargement of time to November 21, 2005, in which to oppose defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiff suggests that he needs this extension so that he can gather together proof of exhaustion of his administrative remedies. His request will be granted.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that the schedule established on October 14, 2005 for briefing defendants' motion to dismiss is MODIFIED as follows:

Plaintiff may have until November 21, 2005, in which to oppose the motion. Defendants may have until December 1, 2005, in which to serve and file a reply.
