The defendant Plainville NWD Limited Partnership's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 57 Conn. App. 797 (AC 18601), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the doctrine of collateral estoppel barred the defendant Plainville NWD Limited Partnership from establishing its standing to apply for site plan approval?"

MCDONALD, C. J., and KATZ and SULLIVAN, Js., did not participate in the consideration or decision of this petition.
