MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Hamilton County. Upon consideration of appellants' motion for partial remand and for stay of the briefing,

It is ordered by the court that the motions are granted. The cause is remanded to the court of appeals to rule on appellants' motion for relief from judgment.

It is further ordered that proceedings in this case, including the briefing, are stayed and that the parties shall notify this court upon the court of appeals' resolution of this case.
