DIVORCE, § 107affirmance of dismissal of petition to vacate decree. Dismissal of petition to vacate decree of divorce, on ground that certain testimony in support thereof was knowingly false, and that decree was therefore null and void, would be, affirmed, where finding of chancellor was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. OSCAR F. NELSON, Judge, presiding.

Order affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
