Appeal to Superior Court by employer from decision of Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.

Decision affirmed, opinion by WATKINS, J.; dissenting opinion by WRIGHT, J., in which ERVIN, P. J., joined. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
