338 So. 2d 1156 (La. 1976)

Opinion

No. 58616.

November 16, 1976.

IN RE: WYMAN J. GAGNARD APPLYING FOR CERTIORARI, OR WRIT OF REVIEW, TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, THIRD CIRCUIT, PARISH OF RAPIDES.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error in the judgment complained of.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.

CALOGERO, J., dissents from writ denial. Sufficiency of the uncontroverted circumstantial evidence in this case presents a question of law.
