CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT, § 57when guarantor not released from obligation to pay guaranty notes. In proceeding to vacate confession judgment on guaranty notes, held that supplementary agreement, executed by creditor and guarantor was not intended to, and did not, release guarantor from his obligation to pay notes.
