This is a companion suit to Forman v. May et al., 202 So.2d 685, in which a separate decision has been rendered by us this date. For the reasons expressed therein, the judgment appealed in the instant suit is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the defendants-appellants.

Affirmed.
