After having taken the parties' briefs, oral arguments, and respondent's post oral argument submission into consideration and after due deliberation, the report of the referee is approved and Leonard William Krouner is disbarred, effective immediately. See Fla. Bar v. Untracht, 923 So. 2d 457 (Fla. 2006) (holding attorney disbarred in his home state will not be allowed to practice in Florida until readmitted in his home state); Fla. Bar v. Sanders, 580 So. 2d 594 (Fla. 1991) (same).

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Leonard William Krouner in the amount of $1,608.90, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
