The uncontested Petition for Entry of Order of Suspension is granted and respondent is suspended from the practice of law effective, nunc pro tunc, June 1, 2003, and thereafter until further order of this Court.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
