Judgment affirmed, with twenty-five dollars costs, and respondent allowed twenty-five dollars attorney's fee.

Concur: HAMMER and HECHT, JJ. Dissenting: EDER, J.


I dissent upon the ground that in the circumstances shown appellants were not engaged in "commerce".
