ORDER

Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. and Cunningham Lindsey Claims Management, Inc. Seek an extension of time to complete fact discovery to July 30, 2005, 30 additional days. See Schager Letter, dated June 10, 2005; Larkin Letters, dated June 13, 2005 and June 14, 2005. Other parties have not submitted any communication.

Although the parties agree to seek a 30 day extension each of the applicants call to this Court's attention certain unresolved discovery disputes. See e.g. Larkin Letter, dated June 14, 2005. The parties also indicate that non-party discovery is not proceeding apace because of difficulty in locating former employees. Under the circumstances this Court directs that the attorneys for the respective parties appear in person on June 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.
