Appeal from the Circuit Court for Allegany County (SLOAN and HUNTER, JJ.).

Abe Feldstein pleaded guilty to an indictment for receiving stolen goods. His motion to strike out the plea was overruled, and he appeals.

Appeal dismissed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, and GRASON, JJ.
