SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER


Earlier today, the Court issued an Order (#150) which directed the Clerk's Office to disburse funds in the manner stipulated by the parties. The Clerk's Office has advised the Court that the amounts stipulated by the parties for distribution add up to $499,999.99, leaving one cent undisbursed. In addition, there is in excess of $36,000 in accrued interest for which no disbursement has been specified by the parties.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that on or before May 25, 2007, the parties shall advise the Court in writing how these remaining funds should be disbursed.
