Appeal, No. 359 Miscellaneous Docket No. 4, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, in the case of Geoffrey Townsend, a minor, by his parent and natural guardian, Debora Poorman, and Debora Poorman, as parent and natural guardian of Geoffrey Townsend, a minor, in her own right v. Elizabeth Forward School District and Ida Belle Carnathan v. Debora Poorman, No. 00618 of 1986.
Complaint filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against school district and vehicle operator. Defendants filed answer and new matter alleging expiration of two year statute of limitations. Defendants filed motion for summary judgment. Motion granted in part and denied in part. Defendants filed motion for certification of order for interlocutory appeal. Motion granted. JOHNSON, J. Defendants appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.
