Summary Disposition.

No. 124875. In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed and the Oakland Circuit Court's order granting summary disposition to plaintiff is reinstated. MCR 7.302(G)(1) The Court of Appeals clearly erred in finding that the Oakland Circuit Court abused its discretion when it enforced the summary disposition scheduling order. MCR 2.401; People v. Grove, 455 Mich 439, 469 (1997); Alken-Ziegler, Inc v. Waterbury Headers Corp, 461 Mich 219, 227-228 (1999). Court of Appeals No. 240442.

Motion for reconsideration dismissed upon stipulation of the parties on July 16, 2004, with prejudice and without costs.
