The judgment entered June 25, 2002, is affirmed. The judgments entered January 29, 2003, on the counterclaims of defendant Godbout are affirmed. So much of the judgment entered on January 29, 2003, as dismisses the plaintiffs' claims against defendant Kellem is reversed, and the judgment is otherwise affirmed. Further appellate review granted, 442 Mass. 1112 (2004).
