[No. 68, April Term, 1938.]

Divorce — Abandonment

In a suit by the husband for divorce, held that there were, in the wife's testimony, admissions sufficient to corroborate the husband's complaints of the wife's refusal to cohabit with him, so as to justify the chancellor's conclusion that there had been a constructive desertion and abandonment of the husband by the wife.

Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (DENNIS, C.J.).

Bill by John T. Dotterweich against Barbara E. Dotterweich. From a decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., URNER, OFFUTT, PARKE, SLOAN, MITCHELL, SHEHAN, and JOHNSON, JJ.
