DIVORCE, § 154.1alimony and attorney's fees as excessive. On decreeing divorce for husband's cruelty, award of $500 to wife for attorney's fees, fixed after hearing at which husband offered no evidence on subject, and gross award of $5,000 alimony was justified, where evidence disclosed that husband's business, estimated at value of over $5;000, and $10,000 withdrawn by husband from savings account, had been accumulated by joint efforts of husband and wife during 24 years.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Madison county; the Hon. RALPH L. MAXWELL, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1947.
