It is further ordered that the order of the circuit court of St. Clair County in case No. 90-L-1340 denying defendant's motion to transfer the case on the basis of forum non conveniens is vacated, and this case is remanded to the circuit court for a hearing to determine the appropriate county in which to try this case.
