In the exercise of this court's supervisory jurisdiction, the Appellate Court, First District, is ordered to vacate its order of July 23, 1984, denying the motion of the appellant, Tyler Dean, to reinstate her appeal in Dean v. Dean, No. 83-2930. The appellate court is ordered to reinstate the appeal, and this cause is remanded to that court for further proceedings consistent with this order.
