        Petition for Leave to Appeal Allowed.

        In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Fifth District, in case No. 5-92-0088, is VACATED. The Circuit Court of St. Clair County is directed to vacate its order in case No. 90-L-1334 denying defendant's motion to transfer the case on the basis of forum non conveniens, and to enter an order allowing the motion.
