In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Fourth District, in No. 4-99-0208, is vacated. The case is remanded to the circuit court of Champaign County with instructions that it vacate its order denying defendant's motion to reconsider sentence. The circuit court is further instructed to allow defendant the opportunity to move to withdraw his guilty plea and vacate the judgment.
