Appeal, No. 119, Jan. T., 1944, from judgment of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1943, no. 38, reversing judgment of C. P. No. 7, Phila. Co., June T., 1942, No. 3830, in case of Rose Diehl v. General Baking Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 154 Pa. Super. 33.

Appeal by defendants from award of Workmen's Compensation Board.

Appeal sustained and judgment entered for defendants, before CRUMLISH and SLOANE, JJ., opinion by CRUMLISH, J. Claimant appealed to the Superior Court, which reversed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by defendants to Supreme Court allowed.
