The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 137 Conn.App. 446, 49 A.3d 233, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of the defendant on the basis that Connecticut does not recognize a cause of action for discrimination based on a perceived physical disability?”
