February 6, 1925.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Yakima county, Gilbert, J., entered September 5, 1923, in favor of the plaintiffs, in an action to foreclose laborers' liens, tried to the court. Reversed.

ON REHEARING.


Upon a rehearing En Banc, a majority of the court adhere to the Departmental opinion heretofore filed herein and reported in 130 Wn. 652, 228 P. 835. The judgment is therefore reversed and the cause dismissed.
