ORDER


AND NOW, this 23rd day of June 2006, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal in the above captioned matter is GRANTED, as to the following issues:

Whether Section 713 of the Sunshine Act, 65 Pa.C.S. § 713, requires that challenges to the closed nature of a hearing be brought within thirty days of the decision that the hearing will not be open to the public?

Whether the Sunshine Act, 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 701- 716, requires that a police officer's appeal of his termination before the Civil Service Commission be held at an open meeting upon the request of the officer?
