Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Sylvain J. Lazarus, Judge.

Mandamus proceeding by John Franklin Dare against the Board of Medical Examiners of the State of California and others to have petitioner’s license as a drugless practitioner restored. From a judgment denying the petition, the petitioner appeals.

Judgment reversed.
