ORDER


Upon reading the Petition of that a writ of habeas corpus be issued to Respondent, and the Court having determined in accordance with Rule 4 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts that Respondent should file an answer, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall serve, by certified mail, copies of this Order and the underlying Petition submitted by Petitioner on the Attorney General, State of New York and the District Attorney of New York County; and it is further

ORDERED, that Respondent shall file an answer to the Petition, with a memorandum of law, on or before July 25, 2002; and it is further

ORDERED, that Respondent shall file with its answer, or as promptly thereafter as possible, all relevant parts of the state court record including, but not limited to, the trial transcript, sentencing minutes, trial court decision, appellate briefs, appellate decisions, and post-trial motions and decisions.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
