BROKERS, § 107broker's right to commission as dependent upon producing purchaser. In action to recover real estate broker's commission, judgment for plaintiff would be affirmed where plaintiff, by preponderance of evidence, proved that he produced purchaser who was ready, willing and able to buy defendant's home upon terms and conditions agreed to by defendant.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Evanston; the Hon. JAMES M. CORCORAN, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the February term, 1946.
