Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property owned by the named defendant et al., brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Celotto, J., granted the motion to strike one count of the complaint filed by the defendants Roy A. Williams et al. and rendered judgment dismissing the complaint against Ruthann L. Williams, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
