CONTRACTS, § 401failure to cancel advertising contract in apt time. In a suit to recover for advertising services in installing and maintaining poster panels, where the contract was to run for three years, subject to cancellation at the end of the first 12 months on giving 90 days notice, and notice of cancellation was not given in apt time, the attempted cancellation was ineffectual.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. NUNCIO J. BONELLI, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
