The order allowing the plaintiff's motion to vacate the divorce judgment is vacated, and the original judgment of divorce is reinstated. The case is remanded to the Probate Court for the purpose of acting upon any application of the defendant to restore the parties to the status quo ante, consistent with the memorandum and order on file in the Appeals Court.
