DAMAGES, § 358 — when damages for personal injury to housewife not excessive. Damages of $21,000 awarded plaintiff housewife for personal injuries to her back which necessitated wearing plaster cast for four months and thereafter metal braces, and which caused great pain and difficulty in walking, and might necessitate severe operation in future, held not excessive.
